Kate McCahill to attend the ATD Equity in Teaching and Learning Conference
On May 6, Kate attended the Achieving the Dream Equity and Teaching and Learning Institute. During this two-day virtual institute, participants engaged in peer learning and facilitated conversations focused on centering equity in teaching and learning, examining classroom-based practices and student data, and designing an action-based strategy for implementing equitable instructional models that support student success. The goal is to gain practical strategies for addressing unique equity challenges and be empowered to address inequities in the classroom and at their institutions.
